◆ Replicating the specifications of the 501 from 1937 to 1942
In 1937, Levi's omitted the suspender buttons attached to the 501 and changed the back pocket rivets from exposed to "hidden rivets."
The "501XXc" reproduces those details exactly. The back strap and crotch rivets were omitted from 1942, so this model still has them, and the Arcuate stitch is an old specification with a single-needle sewing machine and no cross in the center.
Also, a red tab with a Big E on one side is attached, just like it was back then.
This model focuses on the detailed specification changes that came with the evolution of the 501.
The condition has fading, scuffs, and signs of use, and the right rear pocket hem has been repaired.
The fabric is also sturdy and is a vintage denim that can still be used.
