The Origin of Numbers 2nd Edn describes and explains the origin of our numbers and therefrom the foundations of our civilisation.The quadrivium is the ancient four numerical disciplines of arithmetic (including numbers, constants such as pi and phi, measurement and the natural Earthly sciences of physics, chemistry and the elements), of music, of geometry (including shapes) and lastly of astronomy. Astronomy is explained in detail over the two books The Origin of the Zodiac and The Origin of Time, including the origin of the 88 constellations and of ancient understanding of time in all its forms and over all its scales. The other disciplines of the quadrivium are explained in The Origin of Numbers.The explanation of the quadrivium in the ancient pre-Younger-Dryas language of the global civilisation that created our numbers, shapes, elements and constellations, demonstrates the trivium being the three language disciplines of rhetoric (speaking), logic (thinking) and grammar (syntax and writing).
