  DIRECTIONS
  
  • Open one packet by cutting it using scissors. Use one packet for one treatment.
  • Swish oil in mouth from 5 to 20 minutes.
  • Build up gradually. Best results at 10-15 minutes.
  • Rinse mouth with warm water and brush teeth as usual.
   
  INFORMATION USAGE
  It is normal that unrefined, raw coconut oil becomes solid below 76 degrees Should the packet be solid just place it in some hot water and it will be liquid within a minute.
  Keeping the packets at a warm place will keep the oil liquid.
  If the oil is not 100% liquid it can have a jelly-like consistence. Warm the packets until the content is completely liquid.
