This Brookstone Indoor Smart Camera is both a regular Smart Camera and Baby Monitor. It connects to you existing WIFI network so you can access it from anywhere using the Brookstone Smart App. It comes with two base options. It can attach magnetically to it’s regular camera base or it can be put into a silicone bear stand that looks like a toy so babies will ike it and it can almost even be hidden because it looks like a toy on the shelf. It has many features which include a dimmable night light, it plays lullabies, it has night vision, motion and sound detection that sends you alerts when motion/movement or sound is detected so you will be notified if there is a stranger in your house or if you baby is restless while trying to fall asleep. The sound detection especially comes in handy for when your baby is crying. The internal temperature reader comes in handy for your children as well. The camera has a readout in the app that shows you the exact temperature of the room that it is placed in. It has two-way audio so you can talk back and forth with anyone that is one the other end. You can even talk to your pets through the camera while you are out of town to make them feel more comfortable. The camera also has 1080p resolution so you can see everything and it can use a Micro SD card or a cloud subscription service to view old footage. It works great as a baby monitor when you have little ones and also works great to do other stuff like keep an eye on your pets when you are not there or it can even be placed in your business make sure it is secure and safe. The magnetic mount has mounting screw holes for placing the mount on a wall or elevated location so you can magnetically place the camera on the mount to act as a security camera.
